Theodore

Theodore came the RVSPCA when his owner decided he was too much work.  Too much work???  Theodore is a small Guinea Pig - a little skittish right at first.  Once he is comfortable in your arms, he likes to snuggle.  Theodore is a very sweet little creature and deserves a home where he will be cared for and loved for what he is.

Jeanette

Tanner

Queen Tanner, presiding here, at the RVSPCA. Tanner is a Domestic Short Haired feline, with a beautiful orange tiger coat. She has beautiful piercing eyes. If you’re not careful, you can get lost in them for days. She enjoys being pampered and loves spending time in the spa getting the royal treatment. She came to the RVSPCA after her owner could no longer care for her. We are more than happy to give Tanner a second chance. Tanner enjoys soaking up the sun and relaxing. She also enjoys gossiping with the girls down at the hair salon. Boys, news, celebrity rumors, politics, they all strike her interest. She just enjoys spending time with her girls hanging out and gossiping. She is definitely a socialite though and enjoys being in the spotlight. Tanner of course loves being the center of attention and loves getting loved on. Tanner’s looking for that perfect family that will give her lots of love and talk with her all night long.

Elmo

This big boy is Elmo. Elmo is a super sweet domestic short hair/grey tabby mix. He loves to be loved on, and loves getting his belly rubbed.  He returns the love, by giving lots of kisses. You can usually find him lying on the end of the bed or on the end of the couch. Elmo’s owner unfortunately could no longer care for Elmo or his brother Walter and brought them both to the RVSPCA. Elmo and Walter are pretty inseparable. They do a lot together and would love to be adopted together.  Elmo is a very calm and is good around others. Elmo has gained some weight with his previous owner, but hopes to get back to his weight during his “younger” days. Elmo would love a family that will help motivate him, with good nutrition diet and maybe some fun activities.  Elmo really hopes to find a new furrever home real soon. Howdy I’m Simba. I am a Shepherd/Lab mix who came to the RVSPCA after my owner could no longer care for me. I was pretty upset at first, but my friends at the RVSPCA have been giving me lots of TLC and that helps make things better.. I have lots of energy and love to run around and play. I am a very active guy, who really needs an active home. I’m very adventurous and love exploring new things.  I also enjoy just hanging out and relaxing as well. I love to give lots of kisses, to show my love.  I hope to find my forever home real soon. I’m still considered a puppy and don’t know a lot of tricks, but I really want to learn a lot. I’m treat motivated, so training should be pretty easy! I’d also really love to take an obedience class, just to learn good manners and make new friends. I’d love to find a family that will be patient with me while I’m learning new tricks. I’d also like a family that is adventurous, fun, active home you should stop on by and say hi!

Hailey

Meet Hailey.  She is a Beagle mix with a lovely brown/black coat.  Beagles make the most loving pets, as you can see from Hailey’s photos.  Can't you just see yourself walking the parkway on a warm fall day with her by your side?  Imagine that she is by your side while you watch TV or read a good book by the fire.  Hailey would like to apply for the position of your new best friend!

Hailey can be a bit nervous when first meeting new people, but she warms up quickly.  She is playful and energetic, as most young dogs will be.  She is food motivated and very attentive to a squeaky toy.  She should be fairly easy to train with time, patience and a good supply of treats.

Meet Elsie. Elsie is a beautiful Hound mix. She has the softest fur, ever. She could lay around all day, just having people rub her and love on her. Elsie came to the RVSPCA as a stray, in hopes of making a better life for herself.  Elsie loves to be outside and enjoys soaking up the sun. Elsie is full of energy and would love to find an active home. She’s always up for a walk around the neighborhood and enjoys spending that quality time with her best friend. She’s also a very happy girl, who loves to love on people. She loves giving big, sloppy, kisses. He loves all sorts of toys and enjoys when he can share them with others.  Cam’s main goal is making others happy. As long as everyone is happy, he’s happy.  Cam is also really friendly and loves making new friends. He can be shy at times, but once he warms up to you, all he wants to do is love on you. Is it too quiet at your house?  Would you enjoy having a little furry creature around to share the news of the day? A critter that would not talk back or criticize, but would offer her advice in an unassuming way?  That girl might be our Tinie!   She is just a kitten but has a lot to say! She came to us after her owner fell on hard times.  The staff and volunteers have mentioned that she chatters away whenever they are around.  She is very lonely in her kennel and would love to have someone to share her views of the world.

Take a look at his pictures.  Can you imagine this little kitten with striking eyes waiting for you when you get home from work each day?  Politics, religion, the weather...no topic would be off limits. Love is in the air; well it will be the minute you lay eyes on Mindie!  Mindie is a beautiful Domestic Short Hair feline, who was brought to the RVSPCA after her owner could no longer care for her or her sisters. Mindie and her sisters were pretty upset at first, but their friends at the RVSPCA have been giving them lots of love and attention. Mindie has these very distinctive, eyes that stand out in a crowd.  Mindie is super sweet. She is very curious and loves to explore new things. When she isn’t off on a new adventure she is following you around to see what you are doing. She’s very playful and loves playing with toys that make noise. She loves being petted and loves to cuddle. She loves being around and playing with others. After fun day of playing, you can find Mindie cuddled right up next to you.  The minute you set eyes on Mindie, it will be love at first sight! So come on in, before you miss your chance!

My name is Mia and I am at the RVSPCA with my sister because our owner couldn't take care of all us.  We are all baby kittens, with very distinct personalities.  I, for example, am the playful one who likes toys but will always put them away.  When I play with jingle balls, they will be quiet and not bounce off the wall or down the steps. I’m super playful and am very curious. I always need to know everything that’s going on, including the latest gossip! I’m also a really good dancer. I could show you a few moves if you would like!  If you take me home with you, I promise to be a good girl and behave always. Stop by the shelter and say HI! Tigger came to the RVSPCA, after her owner could no longer care for her.  Tigger is very calm and sweet. She enjoys getting attention, when she can. She really enjoys lying around, soaking up the sun and gossiping about the latest news. Tigger is that amazing companion that will listen to you when you need to just talk. She will sit with you on a Saturday night and watch a movie. She will be there to lend you a shoulder to cry on, or an ear to talk to. Tigger is going to make for a great companion, and is hoping to find a forever home, real soon.

She’s looking for a home where she will be spoiled, pampered, and loved.  She is eager to show off her skills - she is housetrained, knows how to sit, and loves to play fetch. Casey is hoping to find a home that will teach her more cool tricks. She’s very treat motivated, so training won’t be a problem.  She's an active girl - likes to take walks and runs in the park.  Did I mention she loves to play fetch, with her leash?  Casey is a great dog, the perfect canine. She’s friendly, likes kids and other pets.  Oh, did I mention she loves to play fetch?

Hola amigo, my name is Don Juan. I am a domestic short hair/tabby mix, who came to the RVSPCA after being on my own for a while. Can you believe I got lost from my family?!?! I didn’t like living on my own and am really glad to be at the RVSPCA. As you can tell from my photos, I love, love, love to play!  I have a lot of energy and would love to have a family that is very active! I really like to chase string, mice, ribbons, etc..and can do that for hours.  I also am very goofy and enjoy making others laugh. Laughter is wonderful music to my ears. After I am worn out, I will cuddle nicely with you and be your best friend forever.  I make the perfect lap cat! I’m super friendly and love meeting new people. I’ve made a lot of friends while at the RVSPCA, but I’m looking for my best friend!
