The Roanoke Valley SPCA has earned the coveted 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator three consecutive years. The RVSPCA is one of two humane organizations in the State of Virginia, and is one of two non-profit organizations in Roanoke, to achieve this rating for demonstrated financial health and fiscal responsibility.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, financial records of the RVSPCA are made available to the public.
